Month Suggestion

Every month a suggestion for you get togheter with your family and friends and enjoy the best charcoal BLACK FIRE.

This month our suggestion is


• 1 piece of Angus Rib
• 1 BLACK FIRE Coal Bag
Salt to taste
• 2 chopped onions
• Bay leaf to taste
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 lemons

1- Put all ingredients in a container along with the rib and pour water to half. Marinate for 4 hours turning the piece hourly.

2- After this period wrap the piece in aluminum foil, place in a barbecue, leaving for at least 4 hours. Remove the paper and leave the piece brown for 15 minutes.

3- Now and only cut and enjoy.
